Trunk shows!

Yesterday, I went to a trunk show for CK Bradley and Robert Redd on the Upper East Side. The new summer line of CK Bradley clothing is amazing. Even as a guy, I had to restrain myself from buying some tops for my sister and girlfriend. The Chelles Halter in Blue Picadilly was particularly beautiful with eye catching pops of electric blue against navy and white. I guess as a guy I'm drawn to anything blue. My friends always ask me when I'm going to finally move away from Navy Blue in all my designs and on to pink (the answer is this fall... Pink and Navy).

Robert Redd's stuff was amazing as well. I've never seen such great color combinations for polo shirts. I ended up getting a great turquoise and lime shirt in their Murdoch cut (pictures to come).

StreetSquash

Our Squash Pro, Bernardo, of the Westchester Country Club upsets the Princeton Alumni team

For those of you New Yorkers who don't know about StreetSquash, its a great charity that you should check out (www.streetsquash.org). This weekend we helped to raise $300k for their college scholarship fund through a benefit squash tournament (in which the Williams College Alumni team came in 2nd place to Racquet and Tennis Club).

Right along side Vineyard Vines at our silent auction and mixer the Tournament of Champions in Grand Central. I was so happy when a very cute (don't tell her boyfriend I said that) designer from Vineyard Vines won my totes.

SS10-- Vente Privee

Some shots of bags from SS10. For information on ordering email orders@rsowilliams.com

Jonathan Adler (whose stuff I love) just came out with a very similar print to this bag. Funny how designers think alike. I guess living in New York and having similar inspirations and tastes often results in very similar products.
